Corning Costar ^®组织培养板

组织培养处理板设计用于广泛的应用，包括一般细胞生长实验、克隆研究、病毒分离和体外测试。

板底具有均匀的厚度，可实现无失真观察。字母数字坐标放置在与细胞生长相同的焦平面上，以便于参考细胞位置。抓握边缘使操作更容易。

所有板都有带冷凝环的不可逆盖，以最大限度地减少蒸发和污染风险。

板由光学透明的医用级非热原聚苯乙烯制成，经过 TC 处理，无菌，用于在工作台上或微波炉中处理组织。对应的孔板插入件是 6 腔的 No. 36168、12 腔的 No. 36170 和 24 腔的 No. 36172。

应用程序详细信息

表面处理

为了达到最大的附着力，在使用电极板之前，所有表面必须干燥且没有污染物，如油或化学残留物502.

瓷器和其他光滑的衬底物可以用丙酮等溶剂擦拭，然后晾干。多孔基质应在溶剂擦拭后充分加热，以清除任何滞留的污染物、溶剂和水分。

混合和稀释

电极®502提供准备使用，如果用刷应用。浸渍和喷雾的方法可能需要用溶剂稀释。

使用机械搅拌器或油漆振动器，混合电泥®502，直到保持均匀。检查容器底部是否没有沉淀物。倒入适当的容器中进行稀释（即，压力罐等）。电极®所提供的502可供涂刷、浸渍或滚筒涂层使用。在喷雾应用时，电泳仪

502在使用前应进行稀释。一个建议的起点是一部分产品到两部分MEK的体积。

应用程序

对于小型生产工作和原型，可以使用吸盘枪，只要电测试®502在喷洒前要*混合。对于中间生产运行或许

“si氧化锇必须非常小心。晶体在40°C熔化，在水中溶解极慢。晶体和稀释的水溶液都能释放出si氧化锇的烟雾，即使在0°C时也是如此。低TLV（0.0002ppm）。因此，锇固定剂必须始终在通风橱（橱柜）中进行处理，因为它们的作用非常迅速，所以必须始终避免皮肤接触。

PELCO Tabs™ Carbon Conductive Tabs, Double Coated

The simplicity of application and smooth, clean surfaces of PELCO Tabs™ Carbon Conductive Tabs are a significant improvement compared to many of the other common adhesives that have been used in SEM mounting. Both tab sides have a thick conductive adhesive (conductive inner tab is 35µm and the adhesive is 45µm on each side for a total thickness of 125µm [5 mils]) with a liner on both sides, a transparent liner and white liner respectively. They are ready for immediate use. The top protective liner does not have to be removed until the sample is ready to be mounted. This reduces possible contamination. Outgassing is negligible.

Application of the tab to a mount or surface should be done slowly and carefully to maintain surface smoothness.

The conductive adhesive is a carbon filled acrylic, free of solvents. It can be removed from the specimen mount with ethyl acetate, ethanol, isopropanol, alcohols or our 3M™ Adhesive Remover 80924 which is solvent-free. Temperature maximum is 60°C (140°F). 非共轭金溶胶-金胶体

形状和大小均一的纳米大小的金粒子是纳米技术（组装阵列），光散射（弹性-等离子共振；非弹性-拉曼效应）和单分子检测的无价工具。金纳米颗粒可以通过各种方法连接到蛋白质，链烷硫醇和DNA。银纳米颗粒正在发展与金纳米颗粒相似的功能特性。

Ted Pella，Inc.是为这些应用提供各种金纳米颗粒的。与我们的应用工程师联系，以了解新的开发/应用。我们一直在为新的纳米技术应用开发新的金胶体。

纳米金胶体的特征如下：

水中含有微量柠檬酸盐，单宁酸和碳酸钾的单分散金纳米颗粒
柠檬酸盐稳定并带有净负表面电荷（Langmuir 2005，21：9303-9307）
金胶体的pH值范围从5nm金的5以上到较大的粒子的9以下（pH随尺寸增加而增加）。
尺寸范围为5至250nm
粒子是拉曼或等离子共振光散射的宝贵工具（Analytical Chemistry 1999，71：4903-4908； Analytical BioChemistry 1998，262：137-156）

5nm至250nm尺寸的光散射程度不同，溶液颜色随粒径的增加而变化。

已知这些产品在打开后至少可稳定一年。为避免打开后受到污染，宜在无尘室条件下操作产品，以免受到灰尘或其他空气传播污染物的污染。打开后，存储温度可从4-8°C（39-46°F（华氏度））到室温不等，具体取决于应用是诊断型还是研究型。胶体在沸腾时稳定，并通过冷冻破坏。当将产品存放在低于8°C（46°F）的温度下时，客户有责任确保其冰箱可以在上述范围内保持恒定的温度。

从薄或软基材材料中取芯、打孔和取出样品这些工具不适用于活的人体组织或液体或人体材料，除非为此目的特别说明。

Biopunch ^®是一种取芯工具，设计用于取芯、冲压和从薄或软基材源材料（如纸巾、凝胶、纸、布、树叶、油漆碎片和薄膜）中取出样品。
