TRIsure™

产品描述

TRIsure提供了一种简单有效的方法，可从多种起始原料中依次分离出总RNA，基因组DNA和蛋白质。

通过将硫氰酸盐化合物与苯酚结合使用，TRIsure有助于在均质化过程中破坏细胞，并有效抑制DNase和RNase活性。用TRIsure匀浆样品后，加入氯仿，然后将匀浆分离成三个相：含有RNA的透明水相（上层），绿色有机相（下层）和含有DNA和蛋白质的中间相。通过异丙醇沉淀从水相中提取RNA，用乙醇从有机层中沉淀DNA，通过异丙醇沉淀从酚-乙醇上清液中沉淀蛋白质。洗涤沉淀的RNA，DNA或蛋白质以去除杂质，然后重悬以用于下游应用。

TRIsure可以对转录组，基因组和蛋白质组进行高度可靠的整合分析，因为RNA，DNA和蛋白质均来自相同的样品和相同的细胞群。

TRIsure方法的简便性允许同时处理大量样品，并可用于各种下游应用，包括表达谱，表观遗传学，基因分型，转基因分析和细胞系表征。

　　ClophosomeTM，氯膦酸二钠脂质体，能地耗竭体内巨噬细胞。氯膦酸二钠分子被封装于小型多层脂质体中（MLV），具有高活性、理化稳定性、使用方便的特点。该剂型具有十分高的氯膦酸二钠/脂质比率。游离的氯膦酸二钠被清除，使得脂质体包封率超过90%。即使在冰箱中长期贮存后，该脂质体仍能保持均一悬浮状态。该品不粘稠，易于注射，且经过无菌过滤，保质期长。适用于多种给药途径，包括静脉注射、腹腔注射、皮下注射、鼻内给药、气管给药等。在单次静脉注射0.1mL24小时后，脾脏内巨噬细胞（红髓巨噬细胞）消除率为80-90%。为保证巨噬细胞耗竭的良好的一致性，对于体重为20-25g的动物，建议起始剂量为0.1-0.15mL（iv或ip）。我们建议您根据您的具体用途加以优化。

24毫米Transwell聚酯膜插入物方便，易于使用的可渗透性支撑装置，可以使依赖于贴壁的和不依赖贴壁的细胞系感到羞耻。插入物通过伽马射线灭菌，在相衬显微镜下具有出色的可见性。生长表面积为4.5cm 2。其获得专有技术的自定心悬挂设计可防止插入件和外部孔之间出现中等芯吸。设计允许通过插入壁上的窗户进入下部隔室。将6个插入物包装在6孔板中，每箱4个板。
