Proimmune使用的alpha-Gal Ceramide 来自Kirin Pharma公司（KRN7000）, 而其他非商业化来源的CD1d四聚体，负载的却是其类似物PBS57。Proimmune公司的alpha-Gal Ceramide CD1d 四聚体，荧光检测信号明亮，实验结果重复性好。
