RedSafe™ Nucleic Acid Staining Solution

描述

RedSafe™核酸染色液（20,000x）是一种新型安全的核酸染色剂，可替代EtBr（溴化乙锭）
当与核酸结合时，RedSafe™核酸染色溶液在309 nm和419 nm处表现出两个大的荧光激发，并且在514 nm的波长下可见。RedSafe™核酸染色溶液与EtBr一样敏感，其用法与EtBr相似。与有效致癌物EtBr相比，RedSafe™核酸染色溶液在Ames试验中几乎没有突变，而在小鼠骨髓嗜铬红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子精细胞染色体畸变试验中均呈阴性结果。因此，我们强烈建议您选择RedSafe™核酸染色溶液（20,000x）而不是EtBr，以鉴定琼脂糖凝胶上的核酸。

    LiliFTM肺炎链球菌Ag快速试剂盒使用免疫层析分析来诊断肺炎球菌，肺炎球菌是一种主要疾病，是肺炎的病原体。10分钟内即可阅读。
    银的快速检测过程
    1） 样本（尿液）收集和制备。步骤1：样本使用人类尿液。
    第2步：在标准容器中收集样本，在室温（15~30°C）下储存，并在收集24小时内进行测试。如果测试延迟，则
    样品可在2-8°C下储存14天。作为抗生素，你可以使用硼酸。如果有必要的话
    样品可在2~8℃下通过集装箱运输。所有样品都应带到实验室
    测试前的室温。
    2） 检查方法
    .步骤1：如果样品和试剂冷藏，
    在实验开始前30分钟将其置于室温下。
    第二步：从密封包装中取出检验所需的试验装置，放在适当的位置。
    第三步：用滴管（或微量移液管）吸取20微升尿液，将其注入样品注入装置底部的样品垫中，并立即将4滴样品稀释液滴入样品注入装置中。

    第四步：等待控制线（C）区域出现红色条带（10分钟）。试验开始后10分钟内读取结果，10分钟后出现的红色条带不包括在结果测定中。
