CHEMGLASS平行合成模块，多功能的馅饼式设计可允许四个扇形的热点式板块，他们可以固定在一起，所有的铝都是经过阳极氧化处理且有彩绘编码可方便辨别。

Chemglass成立于1921年，作为一个实验室玻璃器皿制造商，成功的在日本医疗，化工，环境测量领域。这些年来，已经开发出和修改β-射线的衰减，光散射，耐高压采样泵，环境测试和测量方法。

常用的于环境方面的型号：

LV-20P 低流量空气取样器

LV-20P 是用来测量空气中的粉尘的浓度，它包括了一台抽吸泵、流量计和一个三脚架。它整体较轻，方便携带。其进气压力可达10kpa，总进气流量：20L/min

OFD-1 数字化的板孔流量空气取样器

OFD-1 可以让使用者轻松的校准HV并快速的显示数字。这是可以在现场校准的空气取样器。

C-CHIP 一次性血细胞计数器

改进了传统玻璃品种的一次性塑料血细胞计数器。C-Chip™ 通过提供消除繁琐洗涤和减少接触传染性样品和污染的能力来解决问题。在传统的玻璃血细胞计数器中，腔室和盖玻片的不当装配会改变引入腔室的样品体积。C-Chip™ 一体式“带集成盖的腔室”解决了这个问题。C-Chip™ 包含两个无需盖玻片的精密设计的 100 µm 高度计数室。只需将 10µl 样品移入每个腔室，放在显微镜上，您就可以开始计数了。完成后丢弃。就是这么简单。

每盒包装 50 张载玻片（每张载玻片 2 次测试），每盒 单独密封并附有批次证书。

Chemglass is a privay held, family owned business. The principals of the company are: Walter E. Surdam, CEO, Steve Ware, President, David Surdam, Vice-President and Philip Surdam, Vice-President.

The Company was founded by Walter P. Surdam in 1946. He was a glassblower by trade for the Kimble Glass Co. in Vineland and became a supervisor during World War II. Upon leaving Kimble Glass, he opened a small shop (about 2000 square feet) and employed two other glassblowers in the town of Newfield, about 5 miles from our present location.

In 1980, Chemglass moved to the new Vineland Industrial Park with fifteen employees into a new 6000 square feet building. As time went on and the company grew, four additions were added to that building, making a total of 30,000 square feet. By the mid 1990's, more space became necessary and the company purchased two other facilities in the Vineland area.
 

As the company continued to prosper, the plans for a new facility were initiated, those plans however, were never executed, as the current building we are in became available and the construction of the new building was not needed. After a year of remodeling and preparing for manufacturing, the majority of the operations moved in at the end of 2004. The other locations were sold and the company has been consolidated into the two buildings on North Mill Road – across the road from each other.

Chemglass now has 240 employees, including 15 Account Managers covering the United States and operates 112,000 square feet facilities.

For over fifty years Chemglass has manufactured the highest quality laboratory glassware and equipment for the scientific community. Chemglass is headquartered in Vineland NJ USA and is a secondary manufacturer of laboratory glassware.

As a glassware manufacturer, Chemglass utilizes glass raw materials purchased from primary glass manufacturers and re-works these materials to fabricate standard catalog items or custom components. Production capabilities include glass forming and threading, grinding and polishing, glass machining, precision bore shrinking, tube cutting and finishing, glass amberizing, and plastic coating. Our production facilities exceed 130,000 square feet and employs over 200 people.

Chemglass is also a full service machine shop, capable of machining metal and polymer components, prototyping, engineering, and high volume production. Chemglass machining utilizes the most sophisticated technology available, such as a computerized C.N.C. lathe and C.N.C. mill.

Chemglass sells a number of products to complement our manufactured specialty glassware, making it more convenient for customers to purchase complete systems. These products include thermometers, heating mantles, vacuum gauges, clamps, power controllers, thermocouples, temperature controllers, o-rings, stirrer motors, vacuum pumps, syringes, support stands, hot plate stirrers, heater/chillers, and a variety of rubber, polymer, and metal parts.

Dura-Mag™ 数字前端磁力搅拌器设计用于转瓶中的细胞培养以及需要使用磁力搅拌设备的一般实验室程序。Dura-Mag™ 搅拌器采用无刷、免维护直流电机，驱动组件专为安静运行而设计。不锈钢盖被压印以显示容器位置，以实现准确放置和最佳性能。提供可选的工厂安装的运动警报。速度范围：25-400RPM。请注意：可提供用于康宁一次性 500mL 转瓶的可选烧瓶定心模板。将水滴安装在模板上可确保康宁一次性旋转烧瓶直接位于磁铁的中心，以实现最佳搅拌。
