使用RNAstorm™试剂盒获得的RNA中是否存在任何污染的基因组DNA？

基因组DNA的污染是一个很大的问题，因为它可以干扰下游应用。RNAstorm™试剂盒包括优化的DNase消化步骤，可去除污染的基因组DNA，而不会显着影响RNA产量。虽然此步骤是可选的，但强烈建议您这样做。

我可以从FFPE样本中获得多少RNA？

如何准备组织？

定量从FFPE样品中获得的RNA的适合方法是什么？
