Biosearch Technologies的根源可以追溯到1978年,现任总裁兼*执行官罗恩 – 库克,博士创立了“Biosearch”,为新兴的生物技术产业提供研究工具。在20世纪80年代,Biosearch自主研发固相DNA合成器,如SAM I, the Cyclone, Biosearch 8700 and Biosearch 8800 Prep。这些生产制造的寡核苷酸的技术,催生新寡核苷酸技术的发展。zui引人注目的是1982年,Kary Mullis在Cetus 公司使用了BiosearchSAM I合成DNA创造使用的寡核苷酸,其zui终导致的聚合酶链反应(PCR)的发现。

一、内毒素检测试剂盒

1EndoZyme® 重组C因子检测法

该检测方法是一种微板荧光终点检测法,用于体外定量检测食品、生物药品或药品原料、生产设备中的内毒素(LPS)该检测试剂盒避免了常规LAL法检测内毒素时ß葡聚糖影响LAL反应级联造成的假阳性现象及结果偏高的状况。该产品具有无动物来源成分、检测的高度敏感性(检出低至0.005-50 EU/ml),无假阳性,高度可靠性及产品批次间一致性,保证检测的可重复性等优点,特别适用于简单条件下或缓冲体系中内毒素的检测。对于复杂样本/材料,请考虑使用下一产品。

2、EndoLISA® ELISA-内毒素检测试剂

EndoLISA® is该检测方法同样是一种微板荧光终点检测法,用于体外定量检测食品、生物药品或药品原料、环境样本中的内毒素(LPS)。在检测方法利用预植入微孔板中的能特异结合内毒素分子的噬菌体蛋白,通过特异性结合与洗涤步骤,尽可能地减少了样本中其他成分对检测结果的影响,因此具有更高的可重复性、更广的检测范围0.05 – 500 EU/ml及节省试剂(特别是日渐减少的鲎资源),可适用于简单条件、复杂条件以及高盐环境中下内毒素检测。

二、消除内毒素屏蔽试剂盒:

常规LAL检测内毒素时经常由于多种阳离子蛋白屏蔽内毒素活性,影响检测结果,称为内毒素屏蔽。Endo-RS® is a novel sample preparation method enabling complete endotoxin recovery in biopharmaceutical drug formulations containing non-ionic surfactants such as Polysorbate 20, Polysorbate 80 or Octylphenol ethoxylates. 非离子型表面活性剂是被*的导致Low Endotoxin Recovery (LER)的元凶. 大量的现象已经显示表面活性剂的理化特征可使内毒素分子无法接触到检测试剂,从而影响检测结果。The Endo-RS® 内毒素呈现试剂盒可以使全部内毒素活性呈现,内含一系列必要的试剂及操作指南,适用于去除每一个含有表面活性剂的生物药物中内毒素的屏蔽,使实验结果更为可靠

三、内毒素清除试剂盒

EndoTrap® 适用于从范围广泛的水溶性样本中清除内毒素分子 (LPS),包括蛋白质,抗体,疫苗。核酸,缓冲液及细胞提取液,在清除内毒素分子的同时良好地保存了样本本身的特征和功能。目前已经超过150位科学家使用了该产品,并发表相关论文,表明Hyglos 公司出品的EndoTrap® 相较于其它内毒素清除产品具有更为优越的性能(99.99%的内毒素清除率,样本回复率超过95%,无细胞毒性作用,操作简便,可重复使用十次以上)。
