结构
1.WJH0358A采用球阀和螺旋密封结构控制喷淋与洗眼。操作方便,启闭快速,密封可靠。
2.洗眼管路设有渗水孔,能排空洗眼喷头内残留水,利于管路清洁卫生和防冻(洗眼时有一部分水由此孔排入下水管,不影响使用效果)

安装与调试
1.安装前须复验产品型号、合格证、使用说明书、装箱清单。
2.安装位置应距事故易发地15米以内,以跑步速度10秒钟内能够到达冲洗之处。
3.安装与调试:
a. 底座与立管下半部连接:在底座螺纹处缠绕生料带与出水口三通连接旋紧。
b. 安装底座:根据排水管道位置调正三通排水口方向,按底座螺丝孔划好打孔位置,再根据地面等级设置M10膨胀螺丝或地脚螺栓。
c. 安装冲淋管路:将冲淋喷头旋紧在喷头管弯头处(内装G?″网垫),再将喷头管另一头螺纹处缠绕生料带,与上半部连接,调正位置,用锁紧母锁紧。
d. 连接上半部、下半部:在由任母处放入由任垫,旋紧由任母。
e.安装洗眼盆部分:在洗眼盆下水口螺纹处缠绕生料带,与下半部异径三通连接旋紧;
f.安装洗眼双喷头部分:在锁母内放入G?”网垫,与G?”接管连接旋紧。
g.接通进水管、排水管,试装推板,将推板插入洗眼阀阀杆上,逆时针方向扳动推板,使阀门处于关闭位置,取下推板,重新安装调试推板方向,使推板正面竖直向上,反复开启,检查阀门开关是否灵活到位,有无卡阻现象。

Noggin is a bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) antagonist expressed in Spemann's organizer.  It inhibits TGF-β family ligands and preventing them from binding to their corresponding receptors. Noggin was originally found as a BMP-4 antagonist, and then has been shown to modulate the activities of other BMPs (BMP-2, 7, 13 and 14). Noggin is very highly conserved among vertebrates, such that mature human Noggin shares 99%, 99%, 98%, 97% and 89% aa sequence identity with mouse, rat, bovine, equine and chicken Noggin, respectively. Secreted noggin protein regulates bone morphogenetic protein activity during development. The Role of the BMP Signaling Antagonist Noggin in the Development of Prostate Cancer Osteolytic Bone Metastasis. Lack of expression of the BMP antagonist noggin by osteoinductive, carcinoma-derived cell lines is a determinant of the osteoblast response induced by their bone metastases. In contrast, osteolytic, carcinoma-derived cell lines express noggin constitutively.

TGF-beta 2 (transforming growth factor beta 2) is one of three closely related mammalian members of the large TGF-beta  superfamily that share a characteristic cysteine knot structure. TGF-beta 1, -2 and -3 are highly pleiotropic cytokines proposed to act as cellular switches that regulate processes such as immune function, proliferation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Each TGF-beta isoform has some non-redundant functions; for TGF-beta 2, mice with targeted deletion show defects in development of cardiac, lung, craniofacial, limb, eye, ear and urogenital systems . Human TGF-beta 2 cDNA encodes a 414 amino acid (aa) precursor that contains a 19 aa signal peptide and a 395 aa proprotein. A furin-like convertase processes the proprotein to generate an N-terminal 232 aa latency-associated peptide (LAP) and a C-terminal 112 aa mature TGF-  beta 2. Disulfide-linked homodimers of LAP and TGF-beta 2 remain non-covalently associated after secretion, forming the small latent TGF-beta 1 complex. Covalent linkage of LAP to one of three latent TGF-beta binding proteins (LTBPs) creates a large latent complex that may interact with the extracellular matrix. Mature human TGF-beta 2 shows 100% aa identity with porcine, canine, equine and bovine TGF-beta 2, and 97% aa identity with mouse and rat TGF-beta 2. It demonstrates cross-species activity.

TGF-beta 2 (transforming growth factor beta 2) is one of three closely related mammalian members of the large TGF-beta  superfamily that share a characteristic cysteine knot structure. TGF-beta 1, -2 and -3 are highly pleiotropic cytokines proposed to act as cellular switches that regulate processes such as immune function, proliferation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Each TGF-beta isoform has some non-redundant functions; for TGF-beta 2, mice with targeted deletion show defects in development of cardiac, lung, craniofacial, limb, eye, ear and urogenital systems . Human TGF-beta 2 cDNA encodes a 414 amino acid (aa) precursor that contains a 19 aa signal peptide and a 395 aa proprotein. A furin-like convertase processes the proprotein to generate an N-terminal 232 aa latency-associated peptide (LAP) and a C-terminal 112 aa mature TGF-  beta 2. Disulfide-linked homodimers of LAP and TGF-beta 2 remain non-covalently associated after secretion, forming the small latent TGF-beta 1 complex. Covalent linkage of LAP to one of three latent TGF-beta binding proteins (LTBPs) creates a large latent complex that may interact with the extracellular matrix. Mature human TGF-beta 2 shows 100% aa identity with porcine, canine, equine and bovine TGF-beta 2, and 97% aa identity with mouse and rat TGF-beta 2. It demonstrates cross-species activity.

Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile 4 mM HCl to a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriately buffered solutions.

The products are shipped with ice pack and can be stored at –20 to -70 °C for 1 year.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
