Lipoic acid即(±)-α-Lipoic acid,也称(±)-1,2-Dithiolane-3-pentanoic acid,6,8-Dithiooctanoic acid,DL-α-Lipoic
acid,DL-6,8-Thioctic acid,DL-Thioctic acid,或Lip(S2),中文名为硫辛酸。Lipoic acid是一种细胞内天然存在的抗氧化剂,同时也是pyruvate dehydrogenase和glycine decarboxylase等酶复合物的辅酶。
Lipoic acid为黄色粉末,分子量206.33,分子式为C8H14O2S2,纯度大于99%。
溶解于水、乙醇和DMF。在乙醇中溶解度可以达到50mg/ml。
