美国Abraxis新霉素检测试剂盒

1、概述

新霉素检测试剂盒适用于检测新霉素的含量。这个检测适用于定量或定性检测样品中新霉素残留。样品的提取步骤请与我公司。如果有必要可以通过HPLC, GC/MS或其他的传统方法证实测定结果。

2、安全说明

试剂盒中的标准溶液中含有少量的新霉素。底物中含有四甲基联苯胺。终止液也含有稀硫酸。要避免皮肤和粘膜与终止液接触。如果不小心接触了请用大量的水冲洗。

3、储存和稳定性

新霉素检测试剂盒应该保存在2–8°C。在使用之前试剂盒中的试剂要恢复到室温。试剂盒在有效期内可以使用。结合物以低压冻干的形式保存（3瓶）。在检测前要用结合物稀释液配制一定量低压冻干形式保存的结合物。因为配制好的溶液仅能保存1周所以需要多少就配制多少。

4、原理

Abraxis新霉素检测试剂盒的原理是直接竞争酶联免疫反应。通过特异性抗体来识别新霉素。样品中新霉素和新霉素-HRP酶结合物竞争与溶液中兔抗新霉素抗体结合位点结合。这新霉素抗体与固定在微孔板上的二抗结合。洗板，加入底物显色剂发生显色反应；样品中的新霉素浓度与显现出的蓝色的深度成反比。加入反应终止液终止反应。在450nm波长进行检测，通过做标准曲线计算每个样品中新霉素的含量。
