NanoTools公司的主要产品:
一、磷酸化特异抗体系列
细胞蛋白的磷酸化与去磷酸化对胞外信号的转导有着至关重要的作用,蛋白质丝氨酸残基的磷酸化修饰被serine/threonine激酶介导,而酪氨酸残基是被蛋白酪氨酸激酶所介导。因此蛋白质在丝氨酸/苏氨酸/酪氨酸位点磷酸化状态及比率对细胞功能有着重要影响,相关酶类的表达变化也相应地影响着细胞功能。Nano tool 公司在磷酸化特异抗体系列产品中供应多款抗磷酸化丝氨酸/苏氨酸/酪氨酸的单克隆抗体。
二、EGF受体/erbB
EGF与其受体的结合导致其受体二聚化及自我磷酸化,此外,EGFR也可被Src激酶家族在多个位点磷酸化,进而发挥其生物功能。 Nano tool 公司在该系列产品中供应EGFR、erbB2/Her2、erbB3/Her3及erbB4/Her4在多个位点的不同磷酸化状态的单克隆抗体。
三、Akt 信号通路抗体系列

四、Alzheimer疾病研究抗体系列

五、自噬研究抗体系列
自噬是是一个长寿蛋白/细胞器中选择性蛋白酶降解过程,该过程对于细胞生长控制非常重要,在一些肿瘤细胞中可能缺乏该过程。 自噬性溶酶体成分的改变与多种神经退行性病变有着密切关联。在该领域研究中,Nano tool 公司供应Beclin、LC3 B, N-Terminus、LC3 ABC抗体产品。
六、beta-Catenin抗体系列

七、MAP/SAP 激酶抗体系列
