Ludger的DMB标记试剂盒(货号:LT-KDMB-A1),提供从糖蛋白释放唾液酸并用DMB标记的所有功能。该试剂盒包含可以检测高达22个糖蛋白样品(每样品含50-100 μg糖蛋白)的试剂和材料。每个标记可标记每个样品中大约10 pmol到2.5 nmol的唾液酸。
试剂盒中包含一系列唾液酸的参考标准品(含Neuc,Neu5Gc,Neu5,7Ac2,Neu5,Gc9Ac,Neu5,9Ac2,Neu 5,7,(8),9Ac3Gc),以及NeuAc和NeuGc的定量标准品。这三个标准品可以随着释放的唾液酸样品进行DMB标记。
系列稀释液制备后的NeuAc和NeuGc定量标准品可用于定量分析。LudgerTag™DMB试剂盒中有提供关于如何制备的说明. 如有需要NeuAc和NeuGc定量标准品也可在另行购买。
