涂层聚苯乙烯颗粒
的SPHERO ™包被的颗粒通过被动吸附或取决于预期的应用共价偶联或者制备。通过共价偶联制备抗生物素蛋白和生物素包被的颗粒。抗体包被的聚苯乙烯颗粒是使用被动吸附制备的，但是它们可以稳定使用数年。Spherotech的涂层聚苯乙烯颗粒可用于多种应用。已使用蛋白A包被的聚苯乙烯颗粒与人，小鼠和兔血清中的IgG结合。谷胱甘肽包被的聚苯乙烯颗粒已经用于通过流式细胞术检测GST融合蛋白。
