MolPure® Cell/Tissue miRNA Kit采用MolPure® RNA Column M1和microRNA Column M1以及新型的溶液体系,适用于从多种新鲜或冻存的动物组织或培养细胞中快速提取总RNA、microRNA和其它各种小RNA。独特的裂解液可迅速裂解细胞并灭活RNA酶,操作简便,30 min即可完成动物组织或细胞(50-100 mg动物组织或5×106~1×107个动物细胞)总RNA的提取纯化工作。试剂盒内的MolPure® RNA Column M1可选择性吸附核酸,不吸附蛋白质、多糖和其它非核酸类物质;microRNA Column M1则能从总RNA中有效富集到15-30 nt左右的小RNA(包括siRNA和miRNA)。DNase I直接在柱上消化gDNA,无DNase残留,提取的总RNA纯度高,可直接用于反转录、荧光定量PCR、二代测序、芯片、Northern-blot、RACE、RNAi等多种分子生物学实验。
