His标签是由6个组氨酸（His-His-His-His-His-His）组成的短肽，可与多种蛋白形成融合蛋白，基于组氨酸的咪唑环与金属离子（如镍离子）起化学作用而生成螯合的原理，可以利用His-Tag标签纯化His融合蛋白。由于分子量较小，并且较容易分离和纯化，His融合标签与其他标签相比有很多明显优势，是目前融合标签中使用最为广泛的一种。

本品为HRP标记的His-tag抗体，可特异性识别来源于多种物种（如细菌、昆虫、哺乳动物）的位于N端或C端His的融合蛋白。抗体具有高灵敏度，高特异性和高亲和力。
